What is your shipping policy? I hate waiting for new clothes!

We understand, we want to see you in that new outfit just as much as you do! Due to high demand, you can expect to receive your order within 5 - 10 business days. We do not ship on weekends. Any orders placed on a weekend will be fulfilled on the following business day.

**Unfortunately, due to national supply chain struggles, you could experience a processing delay of 2 - 3 business days on your order.**

What is your return policy? Just in case...

We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. We're sad to hear you didn't like your order.

All returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our end. We got it to you, help us get it back :)

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Does my coupon apply to clearance products?

      Unfortunately, no. All clearance items are excluded from active promotions and all sales are final.
