Returns, Refunds, and Shipping
You can expect to receive your order within 5 - 10 business days. We do not ship on weekends. Any orders placed on a weekend will be fulfilled on the following business day.
**Unfortunately, due to national supply chain struggles, you could experience a processing delay of 2 - 3 business days on your order.**
Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
All returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
All clearance items are excluded from active promotions and all sales are final.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our end. We got it to you, help us get it back!
To start a return, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the return has been received and processed, you can expect a digital gift card to be emailed within 1-3 business days.
