You can expect to receive your order within 5 - 10 business days. We do not ship on weekends. Any orders placed on a weekend will be fulfilled on the following business day.
Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
All clearance items are excluded from active promotions and all sales are final.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our end. We got it to you, help us get it back!
To start a return, you may contact us at email@example.com or visit the Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the return has been received and processed, you can expect a digital gift card to be emailed or texted (depending on information provided at checkout) within 1-3 business days.
